Food analysis

Ploughed through a nutrition book, which told me I should be eating 1873 kcal a day, 281g carbs, 104g protein, 53g fat and 18-25g fibre.

Estimated what I eat, and it’s 1772 kcal, 240g carbs, 106g protein, 46g fat and 35g fibre. Not far off.

But I suspect it’s not right. Today I am weighing and measuring EVERYTHING to get something a bit more accurate.

I may be horribly shocked.

On a brighter note, the weights ban has been lifted, will mostly be cursing the meatheads at the gym tonight.
